I was thrilled to secure this All Too Hard filly out of the Pride Of Dubai mare Bird Of Dubai.  She is a stunning filly, strong with very good conformation.  This is Bird Of Dubai’s first foal which I like.  I love buying out of fast mares.  Bird Of Dubai was a good 2yo being placed at Moonee Valley and was 4th in the MRC Debutant Stakes behind Fake Love and Extreme Warrior who now stands at stud.

The filly vetted out without any issues with our vet Dr Greg Nash giving her a high rating.

She looks a lot like our good mare Emmadella which won four races including wins at Randwick and Rosehill.  

All Too Hard

All Too Hard is a ½ brother to champion mare Black Caviar.  He was a very precocious 2yo winning the Listed VRC Talindert Stakes, Group 2 VRC Sire’s Produce Stakes and Group 2 ATC Pago Pago Stakes as a 2yo. He then went on to win the sire making Group 1 MRC Caulfield Guineas, MRC Group 1 MRC Futurity Stakes and the  Group 1 ATC All Aged Stakes.  He was also placed in the Group 1 MVRC WS Cox Plate.

He has been a top performing sire since going to stud producing some outstanding gallopers including Alligator Blood, Stefi Magnetica and Forbidden Love.  For the previous three seasons he has finished 10,9 and 12 on the Australian Trainer’s Premiership.

I have had good success with Emmadella and this morning a daughter of his named Fake Fiction jumped out very well for Tom Dabernig.

Bird Of Dubai

Bird Of Dubai is by Champion sire Pride Of Dubai.  Pride Of Dubai has sired some of the best mares racing in Australia including Bella Nipotina, Pride Of Jenni, Deny Knowledge, Sirileo Miss and Maharba.

Pride Of Dubai has a great pedigree being by Champion Sire Street Cry out of the high class Danehill mare Al Anood.  Pride Of Dubai had his first winner on 15/03 at Geelong out of one of his daughters.  This was only his third runner out of his daughters.  I think he will be an outstanding broodmare sire.

Bird Of Dubai’s dam is the three time Group winning Stravinsky mare Bird Of Fire. She has thrown the stakes horse Firehouse Rock with her ½ sister Abeautifuired being the dam of the multiple stakes winner Excelleration.

This is a great running family with the first three dames producing 12 to race for 9 winners with three of these being stakes horses.  This is very good.  All Too Hard over Stravinsky mares has seen four to race with three winners including a stakes horse in Waimea Bay who was smart.  I remember her racing and beating a good field at Rosehill and being placed in a strong Canberra Guineas.
