Our final purchase of the Melbourne Premier Sale, this filly had been on our radar from first inspection – we just had to wait until the last day to add her to the team.
A half-sister to Zesty Belle who Simon trained and won up the straight at Flemington, this filly is almost the spitting image and she looks like an early runner who you won’t be waiting long to get to the races.
Bruckner is a first season sire, good enough to run second in the Coolmore Stud Stakes behind Home Affairs, beating home Artorius, Paulele, In The Congo, Sword of State & Extreme Warrior who all now stand at stud.
With her flashy markings this filly takes your eye straight away, but she has the physique and attitude to back up her looks. We will get her broken in and give her every chance to get to the early two year old races.
