EVERYONE LOVES A WINNING GREY!
Can’t Recall One is an exceptionally talented 3-year-old son of Reliable Man, the illustrious French Derby and Queen Elizabeth Stakes winner.
A quick look at the replay of his second start at Eagle Farm reveals that Can’t Recall One possesses undeniable stakes-class ability. Following two back-to-back, impressive wins over 1400m at Eagle Farm, he stepped up to Group 1 level in the JJ Atkins Stakes over 1600m, finishing 6th behind Broadsiding, Australasia’s standout 3-year-old.
Broadsiding has gone on to win the Group1 Golden Rose, Group 1 Rosehill Guineas, Group 2 Hobartville Stakes and ran 3rd behind Via Sistina in the 2024 Cox Plate.
Last preparation, Can’t Recall One was hindered by heavy tracks, which prevented him from showcasing his full potential.
On good ground, his record speaks for itself: four starts have yielded two brilliant wins, a 3rd placing, and a 6th in Group 1 company.
With the enormous prize money on offer in New South Wales, including the $3 million Big Dance and the $10 million Golden Eagle, a horse of Can’t Recall One’s caliber is a must have.
Secured online through a recent Inglis Digital sale and a happy hunting ground for MCS Racing!
