This filly, a half sister to QUEENMAKER, was purchased at the Karaka Book 1 sale and represents great value as is common for the sale. QUEENAMKER won almost $250,000 in prizemoney and was sold for $150,000 after being purchased for $35,000 by us at the 2020 Inglis Classic Sale. That is over 11 times her purchase price!

This filly is by first-crop sire CIRCUS MAXIMUS and following the sale she was spelled at Mapperly Stud in New Zealand, whose brand she carries. Other notable horses to have carried the Mapperly brand include SO YOU THINK, DUNDEEL, GRUNT and many more. CIRCUS MAXIMUS is a Three time Group 1 winner over 1600 in France and the UK, including the Stallion making ST JAMES PALACE Stakes and QUEEN ANNE Stakes. 

This filly was a backward filly at the sales but has done incredibly well out in the paddock, as evidenced by the attached video of her in May, just three months after sale.

We are looking forward to seeing her over 2000m and possibly further in the years to come and especially in her 3 year old year. She looms as a very promising Oaks type prospect.
