Racy Grunt colt

This colt is by the Australian Guineas winner Grunt out of Fastidious, a proven mare by one of Australia’s top broodmare sires in Snitzel. With only four foals on the ground and two to have made it to the track at this point in time, the mare has a 100% strike rate of winners to runners.

Physically, this colt is everything we look for in the progeny of the sire, who has already produced two Group 1 winners in Veight and, more recently, Strictly Business. He is strong, forward and all power. The influence of the breed-shaping sire Snitzel is evident in his shape, and we certainly see that as a positive.
