We were thrilled to secure this colt by Hitotsu from his first crop on Day 2 of the Inglis Premier Yearling Sale, purchasing him for $80,000 from Supreme Thoroughbreds.

Hitotsu was an exceptional racehorse who achieved an extraordinary amount in a relatively short career. He contested the Blue Diamond Stakes at two before producing a remarkable Classic season, winning the VRC Derby, Australian Guineas and Australian Derby. Tough, dynamic and versatile, he possessed the stamina to excel over distance yet also had a sharp turn of foot — a rare combination that makes him one of the most intriguing young stallions to retire to stud in Australia in recent years.

Our colt is the second foal out of the Street Boss mare Sidewalk Sinner. Her first foal, now a two-year-old, has already won and placed in trials against older horses and continues to impress, suggesting she is passing on genuine ability. Sidewalk Sinner herself was a winner on the track, and the early signs indicate she is producing quality stock.

This colt is VOBIS qualified and fully paid up for the Inglis Race Series, opening the door to a range of lucrative opportunities. He shapes as a horse who can be up and running at two, continue to progress through his three-year-old season and develop further as an older horse.
