Purchased in partnership with leading Brisbane trainer Tony Gollan, this lovely Home Affairs filly offers both a racing and breeding prospect for owners.

 

We have been attempting to purchase a Home Affairs filly for over 18 months, and we are delighted to have finally secured a quality individual.

Home Affairs has started his career at stud in blazing fashion producing an incredible eight individual Stakes horses already in his 1st season.


He is the sire of last weekend's Group 1 Golden Slipper winner Guest House.

 

Home Affairs is shaping as a top-quality stallion. 

This filly is out of one of the best families in the studbook. It is a current family and a family of elite females. Dam Panegyria has already produced a Stakes performer in Testimonial and is a half-sister to two Stakes performers. 

Granddam Virage De Fortune was the Champion 3yo Filly in Australasia winning five Group races including twice at Group 1 level when taking out the MVRC Australian Stakes. Group 1 winner Apocalyptic sits in the 2nd Dam and Golden Slipper contender Hidrix now also sits in the 2nd Dam after his devastating win in the Group 3 Canonbury Stakes. Hidrix was a $1,700,000 purchase. 

Virage De Fortune is the full sister to 7-time Group winner Avenue.
