We came to the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale knowing it would be strong. It didn’t take long to confirm that the competition was deep and the market was red hot at every level. This filly had been on our list from the first round of inspections. We saw her early, came back again and were prepared to wait. When the time came, we didn’t hesitate.

She is simply a headline act. Her sire is a global icon; a horse who demonstrated absolute tenacity to win the American Triple Crown and an impressive force in the bloodstock world. With Group 1 performers scattered across the globe, Justify’s progeny are proving worthy of their price tags and continue to show quality at every stage of their careers. This filly is from his last crop of horses born in Australia after he ceased shuttling duties in 2023 to remain permanently in America.

Her dam, Vintage Harvest, has a page with plenty of appeal. By the legendary Lonhro, she was a winner over 1500m. As a broodmare sire, Lonhro has 63 stakes winners to his name, including Observer and Jigsaw. 

Raised at Sledmere Stud in the Hunter Valley, this filly has had an exceptional start to life. The farm’s reputation, bolstered by graduates such as Ozzmosis and Invincibella, speaks for itself. Foaled down on the farm, she has been given every opportunity to grow and strengthen. 

It’s an easy mistake to assume that she’s a colt at first glance. Not only is she exceptionally strong, but she’s a horse filled with natural confidence. In the hype of the sales ring, she just pricked her ears and stepped out as a picture of composure. Over the course of his career, Troy has bought 13 individual Group 1 winners of 27 G1 races. This filly embodies everything that he looks for in an elite racehorse. It’s fair to say he has plenty of belief in her future.
