A stunning recently gelded son of first season sire Palace Pier out of Pica Pica - a proven Group 1 producing mare (Signify 11 races including the winner of the Group 1 NZ Telegraph & Group 1 placed El Sicario). Pica Pica has also produced exciting filly 3yo filly Komocean. The first northern hemisphere crop of Palace Pier progeny are drawing rave reviews from the UK's leading trainers.
When we were in NZ in December for his pre-sale inspections, this colt instantly caught our eye. We were only further convinced at sale time some five weeks later and Liam felt he was the physical pick of the colts at the sale. We were thrilled to secure him for $175k NZD and beat some very smart judges as under-bidders.
He is in full work currently and aiming to be racing in the Autumn.
