A very Royal offering

One of the many delights of breeding young racehorses is you see how they behave as youngsters with their mates in the paddock when they think no one is looking, and so if attitude counts for much, and it does with a racehorse, this filly has it in spades.

By the exciting Royal Meeting stallion, who includes the dynamic Group 1 winning Hayasugi, within his first season of racehorses, we think this three year old filly is going to hit the race track with both guns blazing.

She’s just the sort of horse who wants to be first and when she works out that’s what racing is all about, there’ll be no stopping her.

She has it all. An incredible confirmation with strong powerful hindquarters and good length of neck and an easy flowing walk, she is an outstanding athelete in every way. And she knows it.

On her mother’s side, this smart young filly is a granddaughter of the great Australian sire, So You Think, one of Australia’s top distance winners. Few will need reminding that So You Think is a ten times Group 1 winner, and the best son of the great stallion, High Chaparral.

So You Think's recent winners include the Group 1 and Everest winner Think About it, and his other group 1 winners include Think It Over, Knights Order and Quick Thinker, just to name a few. He is also building a reputation of being a sire of elite broodmares.

Shane Nichols, who trained this filly's mother So Much Pleasure briefly, before a dispute between the horse’s owners, ended her promising racing career, liked her mother so much, that he has agreed to train this, her second foal.

And she is all set to go to the races. She has been broken in early in 2024 and did some barrier work at the time and has been spelling ever since, giving her time to grow into her full self. She is now more than ready to go to the races.

We know times are tough, so we have priced this filly at just $2,310 for a 5 per cent share with monthly training fees set at $275, all inclusive of GST per 5% share. Nothing more to pay until April 1 by which time she will be with Shane and close to racing.
