High Class So You Think Colt out of a Snitzel Mare

Viva Racing is delighted to be involved in this classy colt by topline sire So You Think out of winning Snitzel mare Transversale.

 

We love the cross of this colt with two high quality stallions involved in the page.

 

So You Think was a champion racehorse winning 10 individual Group 1 races across both Australia and Europe. In Australia, he was a two time winner of the time honoured Cox Plate, along with feature wins in the Underwood, Mackinnon and Caulfield Stakes. He then took on Europe recording a further five Group 1 wins culminating in the Prince of Wales Stakes at Royal Ascot.

 

So You Think is also a gun stallion having sired 12 individual Group 1 winners with scope to produce a sprinter and a stayer.  Topline performers include multiple Group 1 winner and Everest Think About It and Three time Group 1 winner Think it Over.

 

Dam Transversale is a winning daughter of another gun stallion in Snitzel. She is a half to Group 2 placed Maysoor.

 

We expect the colt to get up and run early based on his physique, however will train on into a middle class horse in his 3 year old years based on his pedigree.

 

The colt is both QTIS (QLD) and BOBS (NSW) registered providing a great opportunity for young trainer Stephen McLean (based at the Gold Coast) to target races in both states.

 

The colt is also Magic Millions registered and we will live the dream with the aim of getting him up and going only with the opportunity to head towards the early 2 year old races next year.

The Colt has been broken in successful with good reports from breaker. He has had an educational preparation and will return to full training this week.
