Being one of Australia’s leading sires, Toronado needs no introduction. He gets plenty of high-quality coverings a year however you get the feeling Il Diamante has to be one of his favourites, having visited him seven years in a row!  The mare’s four to have gone to the races (three of whom are by Toronado) have all been multiple winners, so the future looks bright for this filly, arguably the best type the mare’s produced. She comes from a family littered with black type and plenty of active females in foal to good stallions, so residual value should be strong at the conclusion of her racing career.
