3yo Tried Horse, NAVY BUOY headed to Paul Snowden at Port Macquarie

We're thrilled to be sending our first horse to Group-1 winning trainer, Paul Snowden who has recently relocated to Port Macquarie and is training on his own. A Group-1 trainer at a country price point! 

The horse, 3yo G NAVY BUOY {Merchant Navy x Kemeri} 6:0-1-3, 1600m-2000m+ horse well performed on the strong Sydney provincial circuit in his first preparation. 

Navy Buoy has run placings at Canberra, Goulburn, Newcastle, and Kembla Grange. His most recent run at Kembla Grange, June 3 over 2000m he finished 3^rd 1.3L behind a horse called, Ant which subsequently won his next start again, and was then 2^nd in a $200k race at Flemington. The 3^rd horse out of this race, So Suave also won its next start in a $40k maiden at Doomben. These are outstanding form references for Navy Buoy who is still a maiden and heading to an easier jurisdiction in the Port Macquarie region.

Navy Buoy will be ideally placed in the country. As still a maiden horse and particularly over 1600m+, he has the scope to win a couple of races quickly to recoup our outlay, and ultimately could be aimed towards TAB Highways, and Country Championships.

Navy Buoy is fully sound, we'll get good longevity out of him and a big bang for your buck! The horse is headed for a spell and should be back racing by the end of the year where he will be eligible for Country Only races immediately.
