Wild Ruler colt from speedy Sepoy mare

We're pleased to advise that we were successful at the Magic Millions Gold Coast Yearling Sale, securing Lot 889 – a colt by Wild Ruler, purchased from the draft of Silverdale Farm.

This colt is a strong, athletic individual with excellent balance and presence, and he stood out to us as a horse ideally suited to early racing with the scope to train on. Wild Ruler, a Group 1–winning sprinter by Snitzel, has made a very promising start at stud, producing sharp, precocious types with speed and competitiveness.

Pedigree Highlights

The colt is by Wild Ruler (Snitzel), from Australia’s dominant sire line, renowned for producing elite sprinters and highly successful Magic Millions horses.

He is out of Tarabai, a mare from a proven black-type female family, featuring stakes performers and consistent city-level winners. The strength and depth of this female line adds durability, performance, and upside to the pedigree, complementing the speed and class of the sire.

The colt was presented by Silverdale Farm, whose reputation for producing well-prepared, athletic yearlings that go on to perform at the highest level further reinforces our confidence in this purchase.
